Habitat builds hope.

30 Years of Impact

  • 120 Families empowered to build or improve their home locally

  • 10,000 people in Ethiopia have healthy homes or improved access to clean water and sanitation

  • 40,000 volunteers from across Ireland have supported local and global projects; breaking down barrier and building new relationships

  • 150,000 people have made vital improvements to their homes at a price they can afford through Habitat ReStore

Everyone can help

We depend entirely on the generosity of individuals, churches, companies and trusts to support our work. We need extra support to Help Build Impact; to reach many more local families through ReStore, to help local people to make their house a home and to continue to change lives around the world. Our Help Build Impact campaign aims to raise £/€500k over 5 years.

Over the Next 5 Years in Ireland...

Help 50,000 families in our community access low cost materials to improve their homes, including by opening 2 more ReStores.

Support hundreds of people of all ages and abilities to make meaningful contributions to our community, including strengthening our partnerships with like-minded organisations.

Engage 500 young people in programmes designed to increase active citizenship, tackle racism and create opportunities for shared education.

Divert thousands of tons of reusable material from landfill through Habitat ReStore, helping build a more sustainable future.

Mobilise 1,000 community volunteers to help local people improve their homes through our ‘House to Home’ programme and provide emergency furniture support.

Over the Next 5 Years Globally...

100 orphan and vulnerable people will get homes and the holistic support needed to escape poverty

100 people will improve the place they call home; improving health, education and offering opportunities for livelihood support

2000 people will have access to water and sanitation; helping them stay healthy and protect their children
