Urban October

This year, Habitat hopes to encourage all our supporters, to join us in drawing attention to our global advocacy campaign, 'Home Equals'. The campaign aims to change policies which will ensure a more equitable world where everyone has a safe and secure place to call home. 

We hope you will be willing to take a photo of yourself holding a sign, explaining what "Home equals ______" to you, and post on social media. (See example photos of our wonderful colleagues below for some inspiration!) 

So, what do you need to do?  

1. You can download the template sign here or make your own! 

1. Have a think about what home equals for you and take a photo of yourself holding a sign, like in the photos attached! 

1. Simply tag @habitatforhumanityireland, hashtag #HomeEquals #UrbanOctober and share on your social media, to encourage others to raise their voice for those who don’t have a safe place to call home!
